1. Brief & Discovery (1–3 days)

Initial discussion to understand functional needs, target users, budget, and deadline. Output: a written needs summary + initial tech-stack recommendation.
2. Proposal & Quote (1–2 days)

A complete written scope + price estimate + milestone timeline. No hidden cost — everything stated upfront.
3. Contract & Deposit (1 day)

A digital contract with clear terms (scope, deliverables, timeline, warranty, payment). A 40% deposit to start the project.
4. Design / Wireframe (1–2 weeks, optional)

For projects needing custom UI design, we create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma. Visual approval before development continues.
5. Development & Weekly Demos

Every week there is a progress demo + completed checklist. The client gets a staging URL for real-time review.
6. Testing & QA

Manual testing for all user flows + automated tests for critical features (PHPUnit, Pest, or Jest). Cross-browser tests (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) + mobile testing.
7. Launch & Handover

Deploy to production, set up hosting + DNS + SSL. Technical documentation + training for the client team. The final 30% is paid at handover.
8. 6-Month Bug Warranty

Bugs caused by our own code are fixed free for 6 months after handover. Third-party bugs (API changes, hosting issues) can be fixed at a maintenance rate.

Payment Scheme

Default of 3 installments for transparency & risk-sharing:

40% upfront — after the contract is signed, for discovery + design + initial setup.
30% midway — when development milestones are reached (typically at 50–60% feature complete).
30% at handover — after testing, deployment, and client approval in production.

For projects above IDR 100M, the scheme can be customized (4–5 installments or monthly billing).
