Pricing FAQ
- Why is the range so wide?
- Because scope varies a lot. E-commerce with 10 products vs 5,000 products + multi-vendor = different levels of complexity. We give a specific quote after scoping.
- What is already included in the price?
- Discovery, design, development, testing, deployment to production, documentation, client-team training, 6-month bug warranty, source code handover.
- What is NOT included?
- Monthly hosting, domain, third-party licenses (Mapbox, payment gateway fees), long-term maintenance after the warranty. Can be bundled into a separate retainer package.
- Are there installment plans?
- Default of 3 installments (40% / 30% / 30%). For projects above IDR 100M it can be customized to 4–5 installments.
