Yes, fully. After final payment, the source code + assets + documentation are handed over to the client. No vendor lock-in and no monthly license.

Default of 3 installments: 40% upfront (after the contract is signed), 30% midway (at a set milestone), 30% at handover. Other schemes can be discussed for projects above IDR 100M.

Yes. We are based in Bintaro, South Tangerang — close to clients in South Jakarta, BSD, Serpong, Tangerang, and Greater Jakarta. Online meetings (Google Meet / Zoom) are also available for out-of-town clients.
